Data/Information Provided by Users While using the RTO vehicle information app, information such as user name, e-mail address, gender, mobile number, city name, type of vehicle owned by the user, profile image, date of birth, car dealer details, and other information may be collected.
Vehicle Specifications/Data: The RTO Vehicle information application may collect some of the user vehicle data, such as car/bike details, that are publicly available on government Parivahan services.
Personal data of the user Personal information is any data or other information that can be linked to a specific individual and used to identify that individual, whether from the data or for that data and any other information that we will hold or that is linked to that data.
Details that have been anonymized or collected to the point where they can no longer be used to identify a specific individual, whether alone or in combination with other data, are not considered personal information. 4. Document privacy for users
RTO Vehicle Information includes the ability to upload various documents to help with the creation of a repository for our users’ convenience. By uploading any document, users agree to allow RTO Vehicle Information to save these documents on its backend server to facilitate access and availability of these documents for users on the application.
RTO Vehicle Information agrees to keep these documents private under all reasonable circumstances within its control and will not disclose any of these documents submitted to any third party without the users’ approval.
RTO Vehicle Information allows its users to manually enter data or information into its application. The user agrees to allow RTO Vehicle Information to save this data on its backend system in order to offer solutions and accessories to improve user engagement.
RTO Vehicle Information agrees to keep this User’s data private under all reasonable circumstances and will not share it with any third-party service Partners without the user’s permission.
The application makes use of third-party services, which may collect non-personal information about the user or information that is publicly available on the Government Parivahan Services. Users agree to the privacy policies of the following third-party service providers, the links to which are provided below: Google Play Services, AdMob, Audience Network, OneSignal, yandex, facebook, and Firebase.
5. Information to be shared with third-party services
If RTO Vehicle Information Users share any information or third-party links on the application, that content or information may be exposed to other users and read, collected, and used by them.
RTO Vehicle Information has formed business alliances with third parties whose services complement
RTO Vehicle Information’s services and assist us in providing comprehensive and user-friendly solutions to our users. Clicking on these links and using the services of a third-party business, on the other hand, is entirely voluntary and at the user’s discretion.
The user may be redirected to a third-party app/website by clicking on a third-party link. Although RTO Vehicle Information has made every effort to partner with the most reputable third-party brands, any transaction conducted by the User on these third-party platforms is solely between the User and the third-party company, for which RTO Vehicle Information will not be held liable.
6. How we use the information we collect (personal / non-personal)
Thus, unless the users explicitly consent, no personal information about them can be used for commercial purposes or given to third parties other than publicly available vehicle information provided by a government Parivahan service. If the application stores any personal information, it will only be used for the limited purpose of evaluating statistical data to improve the application’s performance. When this personal information is no longer required, it will be removed from our servers.
Users of our app have access to the same information. If the Government Parivahan Service ceases to display some or all Personal Information, the RTO Vehicle Information agrees to follow suit and withhold disclosure of all Publicly Displayed Information by the Government Parivahan Service, unless the user has expressly consented to its use.
Concerning our users’ non-personal information, RTO Vehicle Information may share such information with trusted partners/affiliates if the user consents, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. Personal information must be kept separate from non-personal information by RTO Vehicle Information. Non-personal data is also temporarily stored on our system and retrieved when a user interacts with and uses our application.
7. The user has been tracked
In the event of a problem, RTO Vehicle Information may collect data and information (via third-party products) on the user’s phone log data while using the App. This log data may include information such as the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of the User’s device, device name, operating system version, app settings, time and date of use when using our Service, and other statistics. However, no personal information about the User is released to RTO Vehicle Information or any third party without the User’s express permission.

To enable our services, provide services on our behalf, assist us, and analyse how our Service is used over time. Providing interest-based advertising based on potentially derived insights from visitor patterns.

10. Violation Reporting
By using this website, the user agrees that RTO Vehicle Information will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind resulting from access to or inability to use the content contained in the website and this application, or any connection that is generated as a result of using it.
